Faith claims it was just a joke. Personally, I wish she would have said that her disappointment got the better of her and sorry Carrie, you deserved to win. After the election season, I'm craving a little honesty. Since I don't care for Country music, I have no idea who deserves to win, nor do I care. I mean, after Patsy Cline, what's the point?
I'm wondering if Tom McMahon will create a four block with stupid joke (Kerry, Hill) and who believes it after this one.

I'm mildly bemused to the whole thing:P The Faith Hill Video is on YouTube and my first thought on seeing that was that there was some sort of mixup and that she must have been told that she was going to win, so she was expecting to win and went a little nuts when they announced someone else. I mean, who expects to win an award that thoroughly that they actually scream "WHAT!?" and storm off when they lose? I mean, she had to have some bad inside information or something... not that it excuses her reaction, but still.
I think you're right - when I saw it on YouTube, I found her reaction odd - for a couple of beats her reaction was as if she won - bigger smile, and then what! like she was taken off guard. And I don't think without some sort of tip she would be expecting to win that thoroughly.
