We now complete the trifecta of room views. I included this one mainly for the insight into shack construction - note how the corregated tin roof is held on by means of large rocks. When you consider that Karachi is on the Tropic of Cancer and is usually pretty darn hot, those shacks are more like dutch ovens than homes. Although, I suppose such discomfort pales in comparison to the lack of running water and electricity -- utilities of any kind really.
